This is a 2 hour, open level, pre-recorded intensive on flare technique—part lecture/part application. We dissect flares from the ground up and progress towards flare-to tag/strap on hoop. Although the workshop was created for hoopers, a majority of the material covered is transferable across all apparatuses. Suitable for aerialists who are brand new to approaching flares.
